30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sales@boonherbs.in with your order number.
2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.
3. Ship the product back using the provided label.
4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased on sale or clearance (marked as final sale)
